Piercings

What piercings do you do?

We offer a wide range of body piercings at our stores including all areas of the ear, navel, tongue, nose, eyebrow, lip, dermals, nipples and Christina. However we do not offer any genital piercings other than the Christina. Learn more about piercing types here: PIERCINGS

For ear lobes we offer both needle & push system options.

How much do they cost?

Our needle piercings start from £30.
Ear lobes using a push system start from £35.
Ear lobes using needles start from £40.
All the above include your standard aftercare.
The final total will depend on your jewellery choice and any upgrade in aftercare.

What are your practices?

We have been piercing for over 20 years and have an experienced piercing team.

We follow Public Health guidance closely to ensure that standards are high and comply with all regulations and by-laws to comply with safe working practices.  

Aftercare information is provided in writing and verbally at the time of piercing, and at any time you can come back to store so that we can check your piercing is healing.  We can assist you in changing jewellery when the time comes, just ask one of our staff for assistance and they will be happy to help. There will be a small charge if jewellery is purchased elsewhere.

We have high expectations of our piercing team to ensure that you get excellent service and advice on how to care for your piercing. 

We can't guarantee that we can pierce both lobes simultaneously due to how many of our piercing staff may be on site at a time. Although it might seem like a good idea to get the piercings done simultaneously we recommended doing them separately for better accuracy.

How old do you need to be?

We do ear lobe piercings on age 18 months and above.

Other needle piercings are age 12 and above with parental consent.

Age 16 and above can be done without parental consent but must provide photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

Nipple & Christina piercings are age 16+ and you must have photo ID with you at the time of piercing if you are under 21 or look younger than you are. No offense is intended when we ask for this.

Can anyone have a piercing?

We can help most people with their piercings, and we do not discriminate here at Beauty Spot Warehouse. However due to the health and safety of our clients and staff we cannot pierce the following:

Pregnant People
Infants under 18 months old
Genital piercings other than the Christina

What do I do if I have an issue with my piercing?

If you are having trouble with your new piercing, or need help changing your jewellery when the time comes then please pop into your nearest store where our piercing professionals will be happy to help you.

What type of jewellery do you sell?

We have lots of jewellery options to choose from. Our most popular range is Titanium which is hypoallergenic, strong and durable. Learn more about our titanium range HERE

We have many pieces of jewellery which are interchangeable across body parts. So you can use them in eyebrows, ears, nose or lips. Shop by body part HERE

What is the returns policy for jewellery?

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on jewellery bought online or in store.

If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date with your name, order number, and brief details of the defect. We will repair, replace or refund a faulty or defective item but it must be sent back to us at Head Office for inspection at your own expense using a tracked service, or you can drop it off at one of our stores. However you must let us know at Head Office if you have chosen a store drop off.

What do they offer?

In store we stock a wide range of products including hair extensions, nail products, body jewellery, & hair accessories.

We also offer services including body piercing and hair extension fitting.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No, you don't need an appointment, just walk in!
There may be a slight delay for services on busier days or in between piercings whilst we make sure the studio is clean & ready for you.

Hair Extensions

What type of hair extensions do you sell?

We sell a heat fibre range of extensions and pony tail pieces as well as our most popular range of human hair extensions.

Do you fit hair extensions?

Yes we are able to fit your hair extensions that you've bought in store, and there's no need to make an appointment, just pop in!

How do I look after my extensions?

What is the returns policy for extensions?

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on hair extensions and all sales are final in store.

Hair purchased online will only be accepted as a return providing it is returned unopened and in it's original packaging - still on the card. Upon receipt and successful inspection a full refund will be issued.

It must be returned to our Head Office at your own expense and via a tracked service. We will not be liable for any item that you return that subsequently goes missing. Once we have inspected and confirmed the packet is unopened we will issue your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. It can take 3-4 business days for refunds to reach your bank account.

Hair that has been opened and exposed to handling, wear and is visibly damaged due to handling will not be accepted for exchange or a refund.

Please pay attention when completing your order as accuracy to detail is essential. If a mistake is made when placing your order please contact us immediately at beautyspotwarehouse@gmail.com quoting your order number, an explanation of the error in detail, and please also include the correct information.

Hair extension faults - goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions. Full aftercare instructions are given with every online order, in store purchase and is also available HERE
If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace.
