Our Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations policy
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your Order before it has been dispatched, we will do this free of charge and issue a full refund, including Shipping costs (where applied). This will be paid back to you via your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your Order after it has been dispatched you must, within 14 days of it being delivered to you, contact us to request a return.
To start a return, please send an email to: email@example.com, include your full name, Order number and a brief explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Please also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please allow 2 business days for us to review your return request before a refund or exchange is offered.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will need to return the item(s) in the same condition that you received it; unused, unworn and in the original, unopened packaging. You will be liable for returning the Goods to us at your own expense and you must obtain proof of posting and use a tracked postage service to ensure it is received by us. We will not be liable for any Goods that you return and subsequently go missing. We will not issue any refunds on Goods that are not received by us. You do not need to give a reason for the return. After we have received the return, we will inspect the Goods, to ensure they have not been damaged, opened, or used, we will then issue a full refund excluding the original Shipping costs (the cost to us of Shipping the Goods to you). The refund will be issued back to the Customer via the original payment method. It can take 3-4 business days for refunds to reach your bank account.
Faulty & Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 6 months of the delivery date. In the first instance, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, include your full name, Order number and brief details of the fault or defect. Please also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We will repair or replace a faulty or defective item (within 6 months of the delivery date). The item must be returned to our Head Office for inspection. You will be liable for returning the item to us at your own expense and must obtain proof of posting and use a tracked postage service to ensure it is received by us. We will not be liable for any item that you return and subsequently goes missing. Once we have inspected the item and a fault or defect is found we will supply a replacement or offer a full refund for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. It can take 3-4 business days for refunds to reach your bank account.

Refunds for in store purchases & Human Hair
All sales of Hair (Human or synthetic) are final. There are signs within all stores clearly stating this. Hair purchased on the internet will only be accepted as a return providing it is returned opened and in the original packaging ie still on the card. Upon receipt a full refund will be issued. This must be returned following the steps detailed above relating to returns.
Hair that has been opened and exposed to handling and worn and is visibly damaged due to handling will not be accepted for exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING ACT AND ITEMS SOLD FOR TRADE/WHOLESALE ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Please pay attention when completing your order as accuracy to detail is essential. If a mistake is made when placing your order please contact us immediately at email@example.com quoting your order number, an explanation of the error in detail, and please also include the correct information.
Our Returns Policy
You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession. Returns must be in original condition and original undamaged packaging. We are not obliged to accept returns on unwanted items
Any request for a product exchange must be made within 10 working days.
Shipment charges will be incurred by the customer for any product exchange requested by the customer in the UK and Worldwide.
If hair extensions appear faulty the fault must be reported to us within 1 month of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item. Please return them to us tracked recorded delivery as above or to store. We will not accept returns on hair extensions that have been coloured, tinted or chemically damaged. All hair must come back to us as the original product colour. We must receive the hair within 7days of the complaint to be examined and inspected. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.
We do not recommend colouring or use of silver shampoo to any human hair product as hair extensions may have been through a harsh chemical process. If you do decide to go ahead and colour the hair, all guarantees are voided and we will not accept hair back as you have made a change to the original condition of the product.
BSW will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses due to faulty goods, e.g. removal or re-application costs. We recommend that a experienced professional applies any professional hair extensions and customers have a consultation before any permanent extensions are applied.
Exchanges are accepted in some situations. Exchanges will only be made for unopened items in original packaging on hair products and this is at the discretion of management. If you would like to exchange a product purchased on our website please email us within 14 days to firstname.lastname@example.org setting out the reason for exchange. Goods will be inspected on receipt and an exchange refused if there is any damage or alteration to goods. Goods must be sent using tracked recorded delivery to the address detailed above. No responsibility for loss will be accepted until received.
Care and Maintenance
We do not guarantee the use of our hair extensions whilst on holiday in warmer climates for various reasons, including discolouration of the hair when coming into contact with chlorine in swimming pools and the hair drying out through excess heat. Hair products can shred due to the chlorine in the water causing the glue to deteriorate. We strongly advise all customers using hair extensions avoid chlorine and sea water which can damage hair and hair colour.
Any colouring of extensions is done entirely at your own risk and we will not refund or exchange any extensions that have been coloured, dyed or tinted.
We recommended using heated styling tools in moderation. Sulphate and paraben free products will keep them in good condition. Any hair that has been heat damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Synthetic products can not be heated, coloured or washed.

United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Beauty Spot Warehouse Unit 6 Park Rd, Bacup OL13 0BU United Kingdom, or send an email to email@example.com with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products they must be returned in an un-opened condition, you must carefully repackage the item(s) in the delivery packaging and return them to us at the returns address shown below using a tracked and recorded delivery service. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked the items are in an un-opened and re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
IMPORTANT - IF YOU REMOVE THE HAIR FROM PACKAGING TO WEAR WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS PRODUCT BACK DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
Items lost in Transit
As we use recorded delivery courier services, we are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after original shipment day. Due to this rule set by our couriers, we are unable to deem an item as lost until this time and will not refund or replace until 15 working days from original shipment date has passed. Please note that an item sent overseas is not deemed to be lost or delayed until at least 25 working days have passed.
