We aim to resolve any complaints swiftly and fairly. Please feel free to call into store and speak to one of our staff members to make them aware of any issues and give them the opportunity to put things right. If you are not satisifed with the outcome please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours, during the working week.
